Data Processing Systems definition

Data Processing Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.34(b).
Data Processing Systems means the computer equipment and associated peripheral devices and the related operating and application systems and other software owned, leased or licenced by Vertex and used by it in connection with its business other than off the shelf personal computer software subject to transferable licences.

Related to Data Processing Systems

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.
