Data Fee definition

Data Fee means: 1.13.1. in the case that the total amount of the Authority’s data stored by the Service is less than or equal to 50 gigabytes: £0; or 1.13.2. in the case that the total amount of the Authority’s data stored by the Service exceeds 50 gigabytes: the full annual cost to ▇▇▇▇▇ (incorporating no element of profit for ▇▇▇▇▇) of storing and processing the amount by which the Authority’s data stored by the Service exceeds 50 gigabytes.

  • For greater certainty, unless the Data Fee Schedule is amended in accordance with this Agreement and related changes made to the Data Instructions, Data Recipient, may distribute Delayed Data to Data Clients without any reporting obligations and without additional charge.

  • The Data Fee corresponding to the Data Reporting for any given calendar month shall be due and payable to Distributor within thirty (30) days of Pharmacyclics’ receipt of all of such Data Reporting for such calendar month and an invoice reflecting the Data Fee therefor.

  • The Licensee hereby acknowledges that the number of the Licensee’s Users shall determine the applicable Licence Fee payable (as calculated in accordance with the terms of MTS Real-Time Data Fee Schedule ) and further, the whole Desk/Department accessing, making use of, or potentially making use of the Information will be deemed to be a Licensee User.

Related to Data Fee

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Processing Fee means the amount to be paid by the Tenderers in consideration of cost of bid document.

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.
