Data Client definition

Data Client means a client of the Data Recipient that receives Data from the Data Recipient, in accordance with section 5 of this Agreement.
Data Client means in relation to any Protected Data whichever of; (i) the Customer or member of the Customer’s Group; or (ii) any customer or end-customer of the Customer;
Data Client means in relation to any Protected Data whichever of; (i) the Licensee or member of the Licensee’s Group; or (ii) any customer or end-customer of the Licensee; (iii) is the Controller in relation to that Protected Data;

  • Data Processing Agreement For Clients who require the processing of Regulated Data, Client must enter into an applicable Order with Provider, together with a data processing agreement (the “Data Processing Agreement” or “DPA”).

  • The warranty will not apply: (i) if the applicable Diligent Service or Client Software is not used in accordance with this Documentation; or (ii) if the defect is caused by Client Data, Client Materials or any third party services, content, products or modification or customization to such Diligent Service or Client Software.

  • As applicable to transfers of the Personal Data, Client will also be the data exporter, and Nectar HR shall be the data importer.

  • Client acknowledges that Company will rely on the Data Client submits to Company through use of the Plan Administration Site for the purposes of maintaining records of Members’ eligibility and underwriting, and administering the provisions of the Plan.

  • Client acknowledges that in order for Pegasystems to provide the Subscription Services, Pegasystems may host, use, transmit and display Client Data, Client Applications and any third-party products, and may review Client’s volume and type of usage of the Subscription Services.

  • To the extent that Client has Access to Employee Personal Data, Client shall implement and maintain, in compliance with Applicable laws, a data privacy and security program to protect Employee Personal Data to a standard materially the same as those required of Cognizant hereunder.

Related to Data Client

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
