Examples of Data and Results in a sentence

  • If Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement, this Agreement (including all of Licensee’s rights and licenses with respect to the Licensed Data and Results) shall immediately terminate without further notice from or action by QTI.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Licensee agrees to cease all use of the Licensed Data and Results and delete all copies thereof in Licensee’s possession or control, and to provide to QTI, if requested, (in a form acceptable to QTI) a written certification of the same signed by Licensee or (if Licensee is an entity) an officer of Licensee.

  • For purposes hereof, the term "Data and Results" shall mean the ASTA Medica Data and Results and the BioNumerik Data and Results.

  • In addition, both ASTA Medica and BioNumerik shall retain the right to use the Data and Results as provided in Section 6 and, in the event this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 14.2.1 (b), BioNumerik and its assignees and sublicensees may also use such Data and Results for the purpose of seeking further Government Regulatory Approvals in the Territory following such termination.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, GRELAN and BIONUMERIK shall retain the right to use the Data and Results as provided in Section 6.2.2.

  • Without any further obligation to BioNumerik, ASTA Medica (and its designated Affiliates, assignees and sublicensees) are hereby granted the right to use the BioNumerik Data and Results, for the purpose of supporting non-clinical studies, clinical trials and regulatory approval and development of Product(s) in the Territory.

  • In addition, the rights of the Parties to use the ASTA Medica Data and Results and the BioNumerik Data and Results shall continue as provided in Section 6.

  • Without any further obligation to ASTA Medica, BioNumerik (and its designated Affiliates, assignees and sublicensees) are hereby granted the right to use the ASTA Medica Data and Results, for the purpose of supporting non-clinical studies, clinical trials and product regulatory approval and development in areas outside of the Territory, but excluding Japan.

  • In a Hosted Offering QIAGEN will store Customer Biological Data and Results for the term set forth on the applicable Ordering Document.

  • Following the expiration of the term, or if no term is agreed, QIAGEN may at any time and at its sole discretion permanently delete Customer’s Customer Biological Data and Results.

Related to Data and Results

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

  • Results means any information, documentation, designs, technical drawings, software (system and application software), algorithms, elaborated design data, technical or industrial data, tools, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, equipment and services process, methodology, and any intellectual property therein, regardless of their support and whether or notprotected byan intellectual property right, developed, created or acquired by one Party during the execution of the Contract. The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.
