Cutting behind. There shall be no cutting behind the Director. The phrase “cutting behind the Director” shall have the meaning that is ordinarily understood in the film and television industry. It includes the attempt to avoid the Director’s Cut by any means, including the preparation of some other cut in whole or in part during the interval of the preparation of the Director’s Cut.
