Customer's Property definition

Customer's Property means any lands owned by the Customer in fee simple or where the Customer has leasehold and/or easement rights.
Customer's Property means and include: all information and materials, including tooling which has been furnished by Cus- tomer to Supplier or for which Supplier has been reimbursed by Customer (such as fixtures, gauges, jigs, patterns, castings, cavity dies, molds, and all related appurtenances, accessions, and accessories), packaging, documents, standards, specifications, samples, trade secrets, manufac- turing processes, marketing and pricing data, proprietary information, and other materials and items (including such materials that are in any way modified, altered or processed) furnished by Customer either directly or indirectly to Supplier to perform any Agreement, along with any and all supplies, deliverables, data, and intellectual property rights that are the property of Customer under the terms of any Agreement. Cus- tomer's Property shall be and remains the sole and exclusive property of Customer. However, the term “Customer’s Property”, as between Customer and Supplier, shall also include property that belongs to a third party (e.g., a Buyer).
Customer's Property means any of the Customer's works, tapes, films,media or other materials, equipment or other property which is the subject of the Facilities and is provided to the Company;

Examples of Customer's Property in a sentence

  • Supplier grants to Customer a limited and irrevocable power of attorney, coupled with an interest, to execute and record on Supplier's behalf any notice financing statements with respect to Cus- tomer's Property that Customer determines are reasonably necessary to reflect and protect Customer's interest in Customer's Property.

  • Supplier shall have only temporary possession of Customer's Property as a bailee at will.

  • Any payments made by Customer for Customer's Property are expressly intended by Customer to be held in trust for the benefit of any subcontractor(s) used by Supplier to produce such Customer's Property, as applicable.

  • Immediately upon Customer's request and without payment of any kind, Supplier shall return Customer's Property, and shall comply with Customer's instructions relating to its return, including the method and location for its return.

  • Supplier shall promptly notify Customer of the location of Customer's Property if located at any place other than Supplier's facility.

  • This Section XIII shall only apply if there is no current bailment agreement between the parties for Customer's Property in question.

  • Sup- plier agrees neither to create nor permit any liens on Customer's Property and Supplier agrees to immediately sign any UCC-1 forms or other documents reasonably required by Customer to perfect Customer's rights granted herein.

  • Supplier shall assume all risk of death or injury to persons, or damage to property, arising from its use of Customer's Property.

  • Supplier shall be responsible for labor and other costs incidental to the return of Customer's Property.


More Definitions of Customer's Property

Customer's Property means property, buildings or other structures owned, operated or otherwise used by the Customer. "Customer's Protection, Control and Alarm Equipment" has the meaning given to that term in clause 4.1(a). "Customer’s Technical Obligations" means all Technical Obligations as may apply to the Customer at any time.
Customer's Property means the physical address where the Services are delivered and/or provided.

Related to Customer's Property

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Business Property means property on which a business is conducted, property rented in whole or in part to others, or held for rental.

  • Customer Property means the property, other than real property and IPR, including any equipment issued or made available to the Supplier by the Customer in connection with this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services;

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II, hereof.
