Customer agrees that Flextronics has no responsibility for Customer Specified Materials.
Customer acknowledges that the pricing and terms and conditions under which Flextronics must purchase these Customer Specified Materials may directly impact Flextronics’s ability to perform under this Agreement and to provide Customer with the flexibility Customer is requiring in the supply of the Products pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Customer may direct Flextronics to purchase Customer Specified Materials in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
