Customer Details definition

Customer Details means the section of Part A described as such.
Customer Details means the details input by the Client on the Order Form, such as Client name, billing address, contact address, billing contact details, selected Product Plan, Account, Administrator, Administrator’s email address, number of initial Users and such other information as may be required by Praxonomy from time to time;
Customer Details means an email address, postal address and a valid phone number at which the Customer can be reached from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. GMT/UT  Customer Hardware means the servers, computers system and connecting lines and cables owned by the Customer and directly or indirectly used within the scope of the Service.

Customer Details means the section of Part A described as such. Customer's Maximum Delivery Volume means the actual volume of water to which the Customer is entitled to, at a specific time, for the Customer's Allocation, under the Water Plan, the Resource Operations Licence and the Act.   • Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
