Upon the Collateral Custodian’s receipt of a Collateral Custodian Termination Notice from the Administrative Agent of the designation of a successor Collateral Custodian pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.5, the Collateral Custodian agrees that it will terminate its activities as Collateral Custodian hereunder.
