Current Liquidity definition

Current Liquidity on any date, the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents that would be reflected on a consolidated balance sheet of TWTC and its Subsidiaries prepared as of such date in accordance with GAAP and (ii) the aggregate amount of Available Revolving Commitments of all Lenders on such date (provided that such amount shall be deemed to be zero if a Default has occurred and is continuing on such date).
Current Liquidity means, at any date of determination, the amount of Permitted Investments that would be reflected on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries prepared as of such date in accordance with GAAP.

  • Consolidated Liquidity means, with reference to any period, an amount equal to (a) any Unrestricted Cash of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries as calculated on a consolidated basis for such period and (b) the Aggregate Commitments of the Lenders minus the outstanding principal amount of all Loans and any issued and outstanding Letters of Credit; provided that the Borrowers are otherwise permitted to borrow such amount pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time such amount is calculated.

  • Minimum Liquidity means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate unused amount of the Commitments as of such date and (b) unrestricted cash of the Loan Parties as of such date.

  • Consolidated Cash Interest Expense means, for any period, the Consolidated Interest Expense excluding any non-cash interest expense of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Consolidated Current Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Current Assets as of such date to (b) Consolidated Current Liabilities as of such date.

The Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio shall be calculated consistent with the pro forma adjustments contemplated by the numbered paragraphs included in the definition of Interest Coverage Ratio.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four fiscal quarters most recently ended.

  • Consolidated Net Interest Expense means, for any Person for any period, the remainder of the following for such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such period: (a) interest expense, minus (b) interest income.
