Current Interest Obligations definition

Current Interest Obligations means, collectively, the Obligations designated as Current Interest Obligations in a Supplemental Indenture and with respect to which interest is payable on each Interest Payment Date.
Current Interest Obligations means Obligations designated as Current Interest Obligations in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance of such Obligations and that pay interest to the Holders thereof on a periodic basis prior to maturity. Current Interest Obligations also include Convertible Capital Appreciation Obligations after their conversion date.
Current Interest Obligations means warrants or other debt obligations that provide for interest to be paid to the Holders thereof at least annually as provided in the Indenture or Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such warrants are issued.

Current Interest Obligations means the Obligations designated as Current Interest Obligations in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance of such Obligations and that pay interest to the Holders thereof on a periodic basis prior to maturity.   • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Current Interest With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of interest accrued at the applicable Certificate Interest Rate during the related Accrual Period on the Class Principal Amount or Class Notional Amount, as applicable, of such Class prior to any distributions of principal, allocations of Realized Losses or allocations of Certificate Writedown Amounts prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class Unpaid Interest Amounts As to any Distribution Date and Class of interest bearing Certificates, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount distributed on such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.
