Current Bonus means, with respect to a Plan Year, the amount of any bonus payments attributable solely to such Plan Year, which payments are paid to a Participant in this Plan, or payable but deferred pursuant to such Participant's election. Such Current Bonuses shall not include any payments actually paid or authorized for payment under the New England Life Executive Incentive Deferred Bonus Plan.

Current Bonus means an annual bonus for the fiscal year in which the Change in Control occurs in an amount equal to the greater of (A) the Employee's target annual bonus for such year and (B) the annual bonus payable under the terms of the annual bonus plan in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control based upon the Company's actual performance for such fiscal year.

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.
