Currency Protection Agreement definition

Currency Protection Agreement means any currency protection agreement entered into with one or more financial institutions in the ordinary course of business that is designed to protect the Person or entity entering into the agreement against fluctuations in currency exchange rates with respect to Indebtedness incurred and not for purposes of speculation.
Currency Protection Agreement means, with respect to any Person, any foreign exchange contract, currency swap agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement intended to protect such Person against fluctuations in currency values to or under which such Person is a party or a beneficiary on the Closing Date or becomes a party or a beneficiary thereafter.
Currency Protection Agreement means any foreign exchange contract, currency swap agreement, or other fi- nancial agreements or arrangements designed to protect any Borrower against fluctuations in currency values.
