Currency Jurisdiction definition

Currency Jurisdiction means, in respect of a foreign money judgment, the country in the currency of which the judgment was awarded;
Currency Jurisdiction means, with respect to any Component Currency, the jurisdiction in which such Component Currency is the lawful currency and, with respect to the U.S. Dollar, the United States of America.
