Cumulative Consolidated EBITDA definition

Cumulative Consolidated EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, Consolidated EBITDA from January 1, 2017 to the last day of the most recently ended month prior to such date for which financial statements are available, taken as a single accounting period.
Cumulative Consolidated EBITDA means, as at any date of determination, Consolidated EBITDA for the period (taken as one accounting period) commencing on October 1, 2018 and ending on the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter for which Internal Financial Statements are available.
