Critical Path Item definition

Critical Path Item means any development or construction activity in respect of the Project which is scheduled to be performed at a particular time, the performance of which cannot reasonably be rescheduled by Generator to a later date without having a material impact on the project schedule and without, in all likelihood, delaying the occurrence of Commercial Operation of the Facility;
Critical Path Item means each item of Work identified as such in the Milestone Schedule.
Critical Path Item means any activity included in the Project Schedule, the delay of which, if it arose on the Effective Date and not at the time of the event in question, would result in a delay in the Contractor’s achieving the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date.

  • Attached hereto as Exhibit G is the Milestone Summary Schedule which lists the Critical Path Items, including the Project Guaranteed Dates, and the applicable dates of completion for each such Critical Path Item.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.
