Credit Subsidiary definition

Credit Subsidiary means a Person which is Subsidiary of both (i) a Credit Party and (ii) a party to the Syndicated Revolving Credit Agreements.
Credit Subsidiary. Case Credit and its Subsidiaries and any other Subsidiary (which shall include, without limitation, any Securitization Subsidiary) the principal business of which consists of financing or assisting in financing (a) the U.S. Borrower's dealers or distributors or (b) the acquisition or disposition of products, directly or indirectly, by dealers, distributors or retail customers; provided, however, that Credit Subsidiaries shall not include Case Wholesale Receivables Inc. and its successors or assigns and any other Securitization Subsidiary that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower and not of Case Credit Corporation.
Credit Subsidiary means CNH Capital America LLC and its Subsidiaries and any other Subsidiary (which shall include, without limitation, any Securitization Subsidiary) the principal business of which consists of financing or assisting in financing (i) CNH Global’s dealers or distributors or (ii) the acquisition or disposition of products, directly or indirectly, by dealers, distributors or retail customers.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Holding Company means any Subsidiary the primary assets of which consist of Capital Stock in (i) one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or (ii) one or more Foreign Subsidiary Holding Companies.

  • UK Subsidiary means a Subsidiary organized under the laws of England and Wales.

  • Canadian Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof.

  • Domestic Subsidiary Borrower means any Subsidiary Borrower which is a Domestic Subsidiary.

  • Principal Subsidiary means at any relevant time a Subsidiary of the Issuer:

  • Foreign Restricted Subsidiary means any Restricted Subsidiary that is not organized under the laws of the United States of America or any State thereof or the District of Columbia.

  • Subsidiary Loan Parties means (a) the Subsidiaries identified on Schedule I and (b) each other Subsidiary that becomes a party to this Agreement as a Subsidiary Loan Party after the Effective Date.
