transitional matter means a matter that needs to be dealt with for the purpose of effecting the transition from the provisions of the Acts amended by this Act as in force before this Act comes into operation to the provisions of those Acts as in force after this Act comes into operation.
Councillor means a member of a municipal council;
Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, and any program, whether governmental or private (including those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.
Council means the Council of the Municipality;
European Data Protection Laws means data protection laws applicable in the European Union, the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, in each case as hereinafter amended, superseded, or replaced, including:
