Corner Break definition

Corner Break means and refer to the exterior corner along the facade of a home. The “exterior” corners of a covered porch, the outermost corners of the residence, and a projection with a height of no less than six (6) feet and depth of no less than two (2) feet shall count as a corner break.

  • Occasion of Tax Non-Compliance means: any tax return of the Supplier submitted to a Relevant Tax Authority on or after 1 October 2012 which is found on or after 1 April 2013 to be incorrect as a result of: a Relevant Tax Authority successfully challenging the Supplier under the General Anti-Abuse Rule or the Halifax Abuse Principle or under any tax rules or legislation in any jurisdiction that have an effect equivalent or similar to the General Anti-Abuse Rule or the Halifax Abuse Principle; the failure of an avoidance scheme which the Supplier was involved in, and which was, or should have been, notified to a Relevant Tax Authority under DOTAS or any equivalent or similar regime in any jurisdiction; and/or any tax return of the Supplier submitted to a Relevant Tax Authority on or after 1 October 2012 which gives rise, on or after 1 April 2013, to a criminal conviction in any jurisdiction for tax related offences which is not spent at the Call Off Commencement Date or to a civil penalty for fraud or evasion;

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Severance from Service Date means the earlier of:

  • Severance Date means the date on which an Eligible Employee incurs a Severance.

  • Previously Absent Financial Maintenance Covenant means, at any time, any financial maintenance covenant that is not included in the Loan Documents at such time.

Failure to comply with Law, or actions or omissions by the Provider that endanger the Health or Safety of Learners, Provider Personnel, and all other persons including members of the public would constitute a Serious Breach;

  • Par Call Date means March 1, 2025.

  • Data Breaches Party shall report to AHS, though its Chief Information Officer (CIO), any impermissible use or disclosure that compromises the security, confidentiality or privacy of any form of protected personal information identified above within 24 hours of the discovery of the breach. Party shall in addition comply with any other data breach notification requirements required under federal or state law.

  • Looked after means all those currently in the care of a Local Authority or accommodated by a Local Authority under the terms of the Children Act 1989 and children who were previously in the care of or accommodated by a Local Authority but immediately after being looked after, became subject to an adoption, a child arrangements order or special guardianship order.

  • Lease Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 17.1 of the Lease.

  • Relinquishment means that a person’s permanent license to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or administrative medicine is deemed abandoned if the person fails to renew or reinstate the license within five years after its expiration. A license that has been relinquished is no longer valid or renewable. Relinquishment is not disciplinary in nature.

  • Privacy Breach means a common law breach of confidence, infringement, or violation of any rights to privacy, including but not limited to breach of the Insured’s privacy statement, breach of a person’s right of publicity, false light, intrusion upon a person’s seclusion, public disclosure of a person’s privacy information, or misappropriation of a person’s picture or name for commercial gain.

  • Employer default means having an outstanding balance or liability to the old fund or to the uninsured employers' fund or being in policy default, as defined in W. Va. Code § 23-2c-2, failure to maintain mandatory workers' compensation coverage, or failure to fully meet its obligations as a workers' compensation self-insured employer. An employer is not in employer default if it has entered into a repayment agreement with the Insurance Commissioner and remains in compliance with the obligations under the repayment agreement.

  • Default means any event or condition that constitutes an Event of Default or that, with the giving of any notice, the passage of time, or both, would be an Event of Default.

  • Mailing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.
