Examples of Control Direction in a sentence

  • Any notice, demand, invoice, certification, process or other communication authorised or required to be given by a Party to another under this Agreement (other than a Train Control Direction or a direction from the Incident Commander) (Notice) must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of that Party and may, if agreed by the Parties, be in electronic form.

  • Quality control means the total of all activities performed by the Design-Builder, Designer, Construction Inspection Professional Engineering Firm and the Materials Testing Firm or Laboratory, subcontractors, producers or manufacturers to ensure that the Work performed by the Design-Builder conforms to the Contract requirements.
