Contract Space definition

Contract Space means the total space allocated by the Contractor to the customer under the agreement.

  • Purchaser shall be responsible for any fees or penalties in connection with the Excluded Contracts; provided, however, that Seller shall be obligated to terminate any Service Contract, Space Lease, Equipment Lease and/or Rooms Agreement that is not assignable by its terms and shall be responsible for any fees or penalties in connection therewith.

  • Payment that is more than 14 days outstanding will result in automatic forfeiture of the Contract Space with full responsibility by the applicant for payment owing.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, following the Effective Date, Seller shall not make any Bookings (other than bookings for individual rooms) for a date more than 1 year after the Effective Date, permit Seller or the Hotel (but same shall not apply to Manager) to have any employees, or allow any deposits under any Service Contract, Space Lease or other agreement affecting or related to the Property to be applied, utilized or refunded, without the consent of Purchaser.

Related to Contract Space

  • Premise means any structure or group of structures operated as a single business or enterprise, provided, however, the term "premise" shall not include more than one (1) dwelling.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);
