Contract for Goods means any contract, purchase order or agreement for the purchase of goods awarded by the city and whose cost is to be paid from funds belonging to or administered by the city; provided that a “contract” does not include: (i) a delegate agency contract; (ii) a lease of real property;
Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.
Other Supplier means any supplier to the Customer (other than the Supplier) which is notified to the Supplier from time to time and/or of which the Supplier should have been aware;
First-tier subcontract means a subcontract awarded directly by the Contractor for the purpose of acquiring supplies or services (including construction) for performance of a prime contract. It does not include the Contractor’s supplier agreements with vendors, such as long-term arrangements for materials or supplies that would benefit multiple contracts and/or the costs of which are normally applied to a Contractor’s general and administrative expenses or indirect cost.
Former Supplier a supplier supplying services to the Customer before the Relevant Transfer Date that are the same as or substantially similar to the Services (or any part of the Services) and shall include any sub-contractor of such supplier (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);
Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.
Contract for Differences (“CFD”) shall mean a contract, which is a contract for differences by reference to variations in the price of an Underlying Asset.

Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.
Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.
Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;
First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.
Third Party Subcontract means a subcontract at any tier entered into by Contractor or subcontractor, financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance originally derived from FEMA.
Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);
instructions for use means the information provided by the manufacturer to inform the user of the device’s intended purpose and proper use and of any precautions to be taken;
Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management andTO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.
Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.
Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;
Contract or Contract Document means the written agreement executed by the Owner and Contractor setting forth the obligations of the parties, including but not limited to performance of the work, furnishing of labor, equipment and materials, and the basis of payment. It shall include but not necessarily be limited to the Request for Qualifications, Contractor’s Submittal, the Invitation for Bid, the Bid, the General Conditions of the Contract, Special Provisions, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance, Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Minority Enterprise Business forms, written Change Orders, extra Work Orders, and Agreements required to complete the construction of the project, including authorized extensions thereof, in an acceptable manner, all of which constitute one instrument.
