Consolidated Federal Income Tax Liability definition

Consolidated Federal Income Tax Liability means the federal income tax liability for the Consolidated Group determined under Treasury Regulation § 1.1502-2.
Consolidated Federal Income Tax Liability means the aggregate tax liability for a tax year, being the tax shown on the Federal consolidated return and adjustments thereto thereafter determined. The consolidated tax shall be the refund if the consolidated return shows a negative tax.

  • Income Tax Expense means for Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis for any period, all state and federal income taxes (including without limitation Texas franchise taxes) paid or due to be paid during such period.
