Conditions to Commencement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • If for any reason all of the Conditions to Commencement have not been fully satisfied (or waived in writing by City, Club or BSD, as applicable) by October 1, 2014, as the same may be extended by written agreement of the Representatives of the Parties, then Club, City or BSD may, by written notice to the other Parties, elect to terminate this Agreement.

Related to Conditions to Commencement

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE means the actual date of placement of the first Vehicle(s) under this Agreement.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).
