Compulsorily Quarantined definition

Compulsorily Quarantined or “Compulsory Quarantine” means the Insured Person is ordered to be quarantined compulsorily by the government or other relevant authorities.

  • Quarantine means the restriction of activities or separation of a person, who was or may potentially have been exposed, to COVID-19 and who could potentially spread the disease to other non-exposed persons, to prevent the possible spread of infection or contamination to healthy individuals;

  • Quasi-Sovereign means an entity 100% guaranteed by a Sovereign or more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by a Sovereign. *

A child, five (5) years of age, who enrolls in public kindergarten, will have to abide by the same guidelines as outlined in the §37-13-91.

  • Embargo means a ban placed by the Board on a Club in respect of player registrations, as more fully defined in Appendix H.

NOTE 1: Examples of a counterfeit part can include, but are not limited to; the false identification of grade, serial number, date code or performance characteristics. NOTE 2: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.

  • Cannabinoid extract means a substance obtained by separating cannabinoids from marijuana by:

  • Cannabinoid means any of the chemical compounds that are the active constituents of marijuana.

  • Indigenous Peoples means social groups with a distinct social and cultural identity that makes them vulnerable to being disadvantaged in the development process, including the presence in varying degrees of the following characteristics: (i) a close attachment to ancestral territories and to the natural resources in these areas; (ii) self-identification and identification by others as members of a distinct cultural group; (iii) an indigenous language, often different from Pilipino, the Recipient’s national language; (iv) presence of customary social and political institutions; and (v) primarily subsistence-oriented production.

  • Dangerous weapon means any weapon, device, instrument, material, or substance, animate or inanimate, which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used, or threatened to be used is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.

  • Organ means all or part of an individual's liver, pancreas, kidney, intestine, lung, or bone marrow.

  • Regulated NSR pollutant means the following:
