Component XA-2FL-2 definition

Component XA-2FL-2. One of the [__] components of the Class X-1 Certificates and one of the [__] components of the Class X-2 Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LA-2FL-2 Uncertificated Interest as of any date of determination.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.4350% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Component Notional Amount Not applicable.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Regular interest A “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.850% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin,

  • Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates or Component.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.

  • Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-Group I, Class LT-Group II and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • M1 is the calendar month, expressed as a number, in which the first day of the Interest Period falls;

  • Upper-Tier Regular Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.8600%.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.278%.

  • IO means a mutually agreed insertion order that incorporates these Terms, under which Media Company will deliver Ads on Sites for the benefit of Agency or Advertiser.

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.469%.
