Component Services definition

Component Services has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.

Component Services or "Component" or “Tool” means an individual software as a service application or service available as part of Tax and Accountancy from time to time and provided by a Component Partner;

Examples of Component Services in a sentence

  • The Fully Burdened Labor Rate attributable to each of Contractor’s employee job classifications which will be allocated, in whole or in part, to perform Rail Corridor Services and/or Non-Rail Component Services must be specified in the Approved Maintenance Plan.

  • Each below section may or may not apply to you, depending on which Component Service(s) you signed up for.

  • The functional, performance, operational, compatibility, Acceptance testing criteria and other parameters and characteristics of the Product, Software, Solution, Component, Service(s), Application and Licensed Services and Deliverables, as authorized by the Contract and/or as set forth in Exhibit A and/or the applicable Statement of Work or order and such other parameters, characteristics, or performance standards that may be agreed upon in writing by the Parties.

  • NeoGenomics shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and administrative procedures of federal and state government agencies in the billing and collection of Professional Component Services rendered by Medical Group.

Related to Component Services

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Outpatient services means behavioral health treatment services provided to an individual in a nonresidential setting. A residential treatment facility (RTF) may become certified to provide outpatient services.
