Component Firm definition

Component Firm means any firm associated with a Proposer that is contemplated by the Proposer to perform Work on the Project, including the Proposer, Principal Participants, Major Participants, Designers, and subcontractors that perform design or construction activities.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated record keeping for the UST systems.
