Component F Rate definition

Component F Rate means a rate per annum equal to 8.32125 %.
Component F Rate means a rate per annum equal to, as applicable, (a) the LIBOR Interest Rate plus the Applicable Spread with respect to any period when the Loan is a LIBOR Loan, (b) the Substitute Base Rate plus the Substitute Rate Spread for Component F with respect to any period when the Loan is a Substitute Rate Loan and (c) the Prime Rate plus the Base Rate Spread for Component F with respect to any period when the Loan is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Term SOFR Rate means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing and for any tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, the Term SOFR Reference Rate at approximately 5:00 a.m., Chicago time, two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the commencement of such tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, as such rate is published by the CME Term SOFR Administrator.

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.

  • Component Notional Amount Not applicable.

  • Class C Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Class B Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Class B Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Net Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Interest Rate in effect from time to time less the Aggregate Expense Rate (expressed as a per annum rate).

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 5.02% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
