  • Prepare the Construction Manager’s Proposed Substantial Completion List of Deficiencies as required by Section 9.8 of the General Conditions, including the value of items on the list and reasons why the Work is not complete.

  • If, according to the Surveyor’s decision, the Ship Owner’s objection does not stand, the Ship Owner shall bear the Shipyard’s losses suffered thereof and also the Surveyor’s costs; if the Ship Owner’s objection stands, the Shipyard shall make adjustments to the Works, re-submit the Works Completion List, and shall also bear the Surveyor’s costs.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Completion Schedule or ‘Delivery Schedule’ means a schedule approved by the Owner for completion of all obligations of the Supplier under the Agreement.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity
