Committee Responsibilities. The committee designee, the employee's supervisor, and the injured worker will share responsibility for determining suitable temporary work assignments based upon the physical limitations provided by the employee's physician of record. The Transitional Work labor representative may assist in determining temporary work assignment. No confidential medical information/documentation will be provided to the committee.   • Affiliate means any Person that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by or is under common control with a Person, as such terms are used in and construed under Rule 405 under the Securities Act.
