Commissary purchase definition

Commissary purchase means a transaction initiated by an inmate by which the inmate obtains an item or items offered for sale by the correctional facility in exchange for money withdrawn from the inmate's commissary account.

  • Said Apartment means the specific apartment applied for by the Applicant(s), details of which have been set out in this Application and includes any alternative apartment that may be allotted by the Company in lieu of the Said Apartment.

  • Additional Purchase Price has the meaning provided in Section 1.2(b).

  • Go-Live means to commence the actual productive use of the Software in a Production Environment (as opposed to use of the Software in a Non-Production Environment such as a training, testing or development environment).

  • Pre-Exchange Transfer means any transfer or distribution in respect of one or more Common Units (i) that occurs prior to an Exchange of such Common Units, and (ii) to which Section 743(b) or 734(b) of the Code applies.

  • Securities Commission means the applicable securities commission or regulatory authority in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

  • Private entity means any entity other than a State, local government, Indian tribe, or foreign public entity, as those terms are defined in 2 CFR 175.25. Includes:

  • Apartment owner means the person owning an apartment and an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities appurtenant to such apartment in the percentage specified in the conveyance deed of apartment;

  • Black People is a generic term which means Africans, Coloureds and Indians;

  • Retail Purchase means a purchase of any goods or services by the use of the Card and may, at the Bank’s absolute discretion and without prior notice, include or exclude any Card transaction as may be determined by the Bank;

  • Selling Commission means three percent (3%) of the gross proceeds of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed between the Company and the Agent with respect to any Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement.
