Commercial weighing or measuring device means a weighing or measuring device used in a commercial transaction.
Commercial weighing or measuring device means a weighing or measuring device used in a commercial transaction [“Weight or measure of a commodity” means the weight or measure of a commodity as determined by a weighing or measuring device].
