Commercial Mining Operations definition

Commercial Mining Operations means production in commercial quantities of any leased minerals that has not ceased after commencement for a period of more than eighteen months, provided that if GOLD STANDARD has commenced development of a mine at the end of the primary term and thereafter AMR Payment Amount Due diligently continues completion of such development and commencement of production in commercial quantities, such development shall be considered as Commercial Mining Operations.
Commercial Mining Operations means production in commercial quantities of any leased minerals that has not ceased after commencement for a period of more than eighteen months, provided that if Spartan has commenced development of a mine at the end of the primary term and thereafter Spartan diligently continues completion of such development and commencement of production in commercial quantities, such development shall be considered as Commercial Mining Operations. Nothing set forth herein shall relieve Spartan of its obligation to pay either AMR or Royalty Payments, as provided herein.

  • Mining Operations means every kind of work done by the Operator:

  • Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

  • Commercial project means any project, including, but not
