Combined Deposit definition

Combined Deposit means a Deposit resulting from the combining of two or more Deposits and/or Deposit Credits. Combined Deposits may themselves be combined or combined with Deposits and/or Deposit Credits to obtain a new Combined Deposit.

  • Spread Account Initial Deposit means an amount equal to 2.0% of the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables on the Cutoff Date (which is equal to $21,505,439.97).
