Combined Credit Balance definition

Combined Credit Balance means the average monthly cleared credit balance of certain accounts of the Borrower held with the Seller which, pursuant to the Together Connection Conditions, are required to be deducted from, among other things, the balance of the Together Connections Mortgage Loan in calculating the Together Connections Benefit;
Combined Credit Balance means the average cleared credit balance of certain accounts of the Borrower held with the Seller which, pursuant to the Together Connection Conditions, are required to be deducted from, among other things, the balance of the Together Connections Mortgage Loan in calculating the Together Connections Benefit;
Combined Credit Balance means the average cleared credit balance in a Borrower's linked deposit account or accounts in respect of each month or any part of a month;

  • Credit Balance means the funds remaining and due to a Student after such Student’s loans and other financial aid remittances, including but not limited to Title IV Higher Education Act program funds, have been credited to the Student’s account at School.

  • Debit Balance means, as of any date, the dollar amount, if any, representing the accrued aggregate Annual Charge not deducted from the Liquid Balance.

  • Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.

  • Earned credit means the amount of the bid incentive allocated to a contractor upon completion of a contract in which the contractor met or exceeded his or her goals for the utilization of BEPDs in the performance of the contract.

  • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Partial Credit Payment means any payment, distribution or benefit that is not a Full Credit Payment. In no event shall Executive have any discretion with respect to the ordering of payment reductions.

  • Consolidated Group Pro Rata Share means, with respect to any Investment Affiliate, the percentage of the total equity ownership interests held by the Consolidated Group in the aggregate, in such Investment Affiliate determined by calculating the greater of (i) the percentage of the issued and outstanding stock, partnership interests or membership interests in such Investment Affiliate held by the Consolidated Group in the aggregate and (ii) the percentage of the total book value of such Investment Affiliate that would be received by the Consolidated Group in the aggregate, upon liquidation of such Investment Affiliate, after repayment in full of all Indebtedness of such Investment Affiliate.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Adjusted Covered Debt Balance means, on any date, the aggregate Covered Debt Amount on such date minus the aggregate amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents included in the Portfolio Investments held by the Obligors (provided that Cash Collateral for outstanding Letters of Credit shall not be treated as a portion of the Portfolio Investments).

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Aggregate Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components and any Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such group for such Distribution Date in Schedule V hereto.

  • Credit Support Balance means, with respect to a Transferor on a Valuation Date, the aggregate of all Eligible Credit Support that has been transferred to or received by the Transferee under this Annex, together with any Distributions and all proceeds of any such Eligible Credit Support or Distributions, as reduced pursuant to Paragraph 2(b), 3(c)(ii) or 6. Any Equivalent Distributions or Interest Amount (or portion of either) not transferred pursuant to Paragraph 5(c)(i) or (ii) will form part of the Credit Support Balance.

  • Full Credit Payment means a payment, distribution or benefit, whether paid or payable or distributed or distributable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or otherwise, that if reduced in value by one dollar reduces the amount of the parachute payment (as defined in Section 280G of the Code) by one dollar, determined as if such payment, distribution or benefit had been paid or distributed on the date of the event triggering the excise tax. “Partial Credit Payment” means any payment, distribution or benefit that is not a Full Credit Payment.

  • Loan Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b) of the Indenture.

  • Target Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1I(1) hereof.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Aggregate Loan Balance At any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.

  • relevant balance sheet means the latest published audited consolidated balance sheet of the Group, but where the Company has no subsidiaries it means the balance sheet and profit and loss account of the Company and, where the Company has subsidiaries but there are no consolidated accounts of the Group, it means the respective balance sheets and profit and loss accounts of the companies comprising the Group;

  • Surplus Amount means (i) in respect of a particular Bid by an Anchor Investor, the Anchor Investor Bid Amount that is in excess of the amount arrived at by multiplying the number of Equity Shares allocated in respect of such Bid with the Anchor Investor Offer Price and shall include Bid Amounts below the Offer Price in relation to which no Equity Shares are allocated; and (ii) in respect of refunds that are to be made after transfer of monies to the Public Offer Account, the Surplus Amount shall mean all Bid Amounts to be refunded after the transfer of monies to the Public Offer Account. For the sake of clarity, in case of an unsuccessful Bid by the Anchor Investor, the entire amount paid towards the Bid shall be considered to be the Surplus Amount;

  • Net Loan Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Loan Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the related Servicing Fee Rate and the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Aggregate Borrowing Base means the aggregate amount of the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base; provided that the maximum amount of the Canadian Borrowing Base which may be included in the Aggregate Borrowing Base is the Canadian Sublimit.

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.
