Collaborative Period definition

Collaborative Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending July 27, 2016, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 14.

More Definitions of Collaborative Period

Collaborative Period means the period of time that begins on the Effective Date and continues until the day preceding the *** anniversary of the Effective Date, unless extended by mutual written agreement of the Parties, or terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9.
