Collaborative Period definition

Collaborative Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years thereafter, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 14 or extended in accordance with Section 7.2.3.

More Definitions of Collaborative Period

Collaborative Period means the period during which the parties are developing Collaborative Screens and ending on the third anniversary of the Effective Date unless extended by written mutual agreement or concluded earlier in accordance with Section 9.
