Cognitive Function definition

Cognitive Function means intellectual capacity, loss of which requires the Member to be under the continuous care and supervision of another adult person for at least three consecutive months and, at the end of that three month period, they are likely to require permanent ongoing continuous care and supervision by another adult person.
