CMAR Contractor definition

CMAR Contractor means the construction management at-risk contractor who will be awarded a contract to provide Pre-Construction services associated with the Project and may be awarded a contract to provide construction and construction management services for the Project.
CMAR Contractor means the construction management at-risk contractor who will be awarded a contract to provide Pre-Construction services associated with the CMAR Projects and may be awarded a contract to provide construction and construction management services for the CMAR Projects.
CMAR Contractor means the construction management at-risk contractor who has been contracted by CPRA through a separate solicitation to provide Pre-Construction services associated with a specific Project and may be awarded a contract to provide construction and construction management services for that Project.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.
