Closing Financial Data definition

Closing Financial Data has the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(i) below.

Closing Financial Data shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.07(b).

"employee benefit plan" shall mean "employee benefit plan" within the meaning of section 3(3) of ERISA.
