Closed Days definition

Closed Days means the number of days between the current Business Day and the next successive Business Day.

  • Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.

  • Material date means the date of publication of notification of various controlled area declared as under:-

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Scheduled Issued Date or "SID" means the date the order is entered into Qwest's order distribution system.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred.
