Dated Date definition

Dated Date means the date of delivery of the Bonds.
Dated Date means the date of initial issuance and delivery of the Bonds, or such other date as shall appear in the Purchase Contract or Official Statement.
Dated Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

Dated Date means that date upon which interest will begin to accrue on the Bonds, as determined by the Local Government Unit and Purchaser in the Purchase Proposal.
