Clinical Field definition

Clinical Field means (i) in vivo administration of a Licensed Product for human therapeutic purposes, and (ii) ex vivo administration of a Licensed Product to cells or tissues to be implanted in a human patient. Both (i) and (ii) in the preceding sentence shall include clinical trials.
Clinical Field means the clinical diagnostic market.

Examples of Clinical Field in a sentence

  • Contractor’s work schedules and assignments will provide reasonable working conditions for ambulance, Field Supervisor and Clinical Field Specialist personnel.

  • Neither ambulance nor Field Supervisor or Clinical Field Specialist personnel shall be fatigued to an extent that their judgment or motor skills might be impaired.

  • I understand that I may be placed at a field site that may require significant travel time during my Clinical Field Experiences.

  • During the term of the Agreement, Baxter hereby grants Accentia the exclusive right to reference ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ approved application (i.e., NDA/ANDA) for cyclophosphamide with any Regulatory Authority (including without limitation the FDA), as well as any related documentation or materials to the extent required by such Regulatory Authority, in each case only to the extent necessary for the limited purpose of conducting clinical trials and making regulatory filings related to the Exclusive Clinical Field.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this license shall be limited to the Field and shall not include the Clinical Field.

  • Accentia shall comply with all applicable law and regulations in its use and handling of the Product, and shall not use the Product in any unapproved or unlawful manner (other than in connection with clinical trial(s) for indications under the Clinical Field).

Related to Clinical Field

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
