Client’s Nominated Representative definition

Client’s Nominated Representative means the member of the Client Account Team appointed in accordance with clause 7.1.3.

Examples of Client’s Nominated Representative in a sentence

  • A.8.1 The Client and Client’s Nominated Representative may Direct the Consultant to perform a Variation.

  • Within 15 Business Days of receipt of such a request, the Client’s Nominated Representative must issue a payment schedule to the Client and the Consultant.

  • A.8.4 The Consultant must not vary any part of the Services except as Directed in writing by the Client or Client’s Nominated Representative or approved in writing by the Client or Client’s Nominated Representative in accordance with Clause A.8.1.

Related to Client’s Nominated Representative

  • Nominated Representative means the person nominated by the applicant for, or the holder of, a licence, for the purposes of continuing to operate the licence in the event of death of the licence holder.

  • Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the LP Representatives identified under Section 2.05.

  • Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;
