Client Third Party definition

Client Third Party means any transfer agent, bank or third party lending agent, any member of your Group, and any supplier or sub-contractor to any such person from time to time selected and duly appointed by you;
Client Third Party means a third party who sends Stored Value to your Global Reach Wallet from their Global Reach Wallet or Upload Monies to us on your behalf.
Client Third Party means a third party who pays Upload Monies, a Deposit, an Additional Deposit or a Balance to us on your behalf.

  • If the JRE is so incorporated in the OEM Communicator Client, Third Party Client or AOL Distributed Communicator Client, and AOL elects to distribute any version of such product via CD-ROM, the version of the product distributed by AOL via CD-ROM will be such JRE-enabled version, to the extent contractually permissible and subject to size limitations, and provided that AOL shall have no obligation to require that its OEMs include the JRE-enabled version.

Client Third Party means any entity engaged by the Processor at the request of the Client, either via an addendum or direct communication, where the Client specifically requests the Processor to provide such entity with access to Personal Data.

  • Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Customer's Confidential Information means: all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, property rights, trade secrets, Know-How and IPR of the Customer (including all Customer Background IPR and Project Specific IPR); any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered confidential which comes (or has come) to the Customer’s attention or into the Customer’s possession in connection with this Call Off Contract; and information derived from any of the above;

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Providing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

  • Confidential Material means all information, in any form or medium, known or used by City or an Affiliate of the City which is not known to the general public, including, but not limited to, the know-how, trade secrets, strategic plans, technical information, product information, supplier information, customer information, financial information, marketing information and information as to business opportunities, methods and strategies and research and development of the City and its Affiliates. If and to the extent any Confidential Material is included in any report, assessment, diagram, memorandum or other document or copied or reproduced in any other form or medium, such report, assessment, diagram, memorandum, document or Confidential Material in such other form or medium will be deemed to be Confidential Material.

  • Third Party Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a) hereof.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Receiving Party means a Party receiving confidential or proprietary information from the Disclosing Party.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
