• LONZA shall be responsible for the procurement of all raw materials and supplies (other than CLIENT Production Materials) necessary for the conduct of the Process or otherwise the manufacture and supply of Product (“Materials”) in accordance with requested estimated dates set forth in the Purchase Orders.
