Class Z definition

Class Z means Shares that are available at the ACD’s discretion to eligible distributors that have entered into separate fee arrangements with their clients.
Class Z means Class Z EUR, Class Zd EUR, Class Z GBP, Class Zd GBP, Class Z CHF, Class Zd CHF, Class Z USD, Class Zd USD, Class Z SGD, Class Zd SGD, Class Z AUD, Class Zd AUD, Class Z JPY, Class Zd JPY, Class Z HKD and Class Zd HKD Shares in the Fund.
Class Z means, as the context requires, Class Z of a Fund;

Examples of Class Z in a sentence

  • Class Z shares shall be subject to an annual service fee at the rate of up to .25% of the value of the average daily net assets of such Class pursuant to a Shareholder Services Plan.

  • Except as noted for Class Z Shares, these expenses are not charged directly to shareholders.

  • The services offered to shareholders of each Class, unless otherwise noted on Schedule A, shall be substantially the same, except that Right of Accumulation, Letter of Intent and Reinvestment Privilege shall be available only to holders of Class A shares, and Dreyfus Express® services shall be available only to holders of Class Z shares.

  • Class Z: These shares may be subscribed only by institutional investors in the sense of Art.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class HI M-1 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: M-1 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: M-1 Interest Shortfall, if any.

  • Class B Percentage Interest As of any date of determination, with respect to the Class B Certificates, a percentage interest equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates on such date, and the denominator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class B Regular Interest on such date.

  • Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Member as of a given date, that percentage obtained by dividing the total number of Class A Units owned by such Member by the total number of Class A Units issued and outstanding.
