Class Scenario Loss Rate definition

Class Scenario Loss Rate means, with respect to any Class rated by S&P, at any time, an estimate of the cumulative default rate for the Current Portfolio or the Proposed Portfolio, as applicable, consistent with S&P’s rating of such Class on the Closing Date, determined by application of the S&P CDO Monitor at such time.

Class Scenario Loss Rate. With respect to any Variable Funding Certificate rated or shadow rated by S&P, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) 5% and (b) the greater of (i) the Minimum Overcollateralization Percentage and (ii) the effective advance rate for the Advances Outstanding (calculated after giving effect to the Required Equity Contribution) on such date.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • PRE-2017 NET OPERATING LOSS CARRYFORWARD means any net operating loss incurred in a taxable year beginning before January 1, 2017, to the extent such loss was permitted, by a resolution or ordinance of the Municipality that was adopted by the Municipality before January 1, 2016, to be carried forward and utilized to offset income or net profit generated in such Municipality in future taxable years.(B) For the purpose of calculating municipal taxable income, any pre-2017 net operating loss carryforward may be carried forward to any taxable year, including taxable years beginning in 2017 or thereafter, for the number of taxable years provided in the resolution or ordinance or until fully utilized, whichever is earlier.

  • Weighted Reference Asset Return means for each Reference Asset contained in the Reference Portfolio and on any day, the product of (i) the Reference Asset Return and (ii) the Reference Asset Weight.

  • Class A Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Loss Reserve Percentage means, on any date, the product of (A) 2.25 times (B) the highest average of the Default Ratios for any three consecutive calendar months during the twelve most recent calendar months times (C) the Loss Horizon Ratio.

  • Reference Asset Weight means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the proportion of the Reference Portfolio set out under the heading “Reference Portfolio Weight” for such Reference Asset in the table included under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.
