The Pledgor shall have contributed to the Borrower the Required Equity Contribution.
The Contributor’s obligation to make the Required Equity Contribution as required hereunder ranks, according to its terms, at least pari passu with the Contributor’s obligations under its outstanding senior unsecured Debt.
