Class M-1 Remittance Rate definition

Class M-1 Remittance Rate means a floating rate (determined monthly as of each Remittance Date) equal to the Weighted Average Contract Rate, but in no event greater than 7.54% per annum, in either case computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
Class M-1 Remittance Rate means a floating rate (determined each Due Period as of each Remittance Date) equal to the Weighted Average Contract Rate, but in no event greater than 6.86% per annum.
Class M-1 Remittance Rate means 7.085% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
